Marketing Project Manager

Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.
Description of duties: Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Develop and meet timelines, write/edit promotional copy, develop/maintain email and web content, track campaign performance, prepare internal reports, and work with internal clients and peers on a broad range of projects.
Education & Experience Requirements: Solid skills and experience with marketing concepts, product positioning, market segmentation, development of collateral, multi-channel promotions, and campaign analysis. Hands-on marketing experience with strong collaboration, project management, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
A preferred candidate would have 3+ years marketing experience with communications via print, email, websites and social media. Web/email content management experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Library Science. Candidates with a science/engineering degree related to photonics plus business experience will be strongly considered.
Compensation includes: Competitive wage, annual discretionary bonus, defined contribution retirement plan with additional company match and paid-time-off plan beginning at 31 days per year.
