Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients to complete training and the Implementation of ProShop throughout their entire organization
  • Lead remote training for small groups at specific clients with engagement for them on how they use the software and expecting the clients to engage with and ask questions about ProShop.
  • Create Documentation and Help for use across all clients on our Online Help.
  • Customer Service and technical help for clients through the Customer Service Portal
  • Travel to clients in order to conduct 2 to 3 days onsite with travel up to 2 times per month for training events with their entire company.
  • Actively work with the rest of the implementation team on our continuous improvement activities that may be as much at %15 of your working time.
Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a passion for customer service and delivering transformational experiences
  • You are experienced in training both individuals and teams in software use in person and with screen sharing.
  • You display strong, complex software experience including ERP, MES, MRP systems.
  • You have excellent knowledge of manufacturing environments. Technical lexicon and vocabulary included.
  • You are excellent in communication verbally and in writing
  • You are amazing at leading and influence others
