The Software Support Specialist helps our customers and user base become familiar with our products and troubleshoot issues they may be having. This position is primarily responsible for resolving and/or coordinating resolution issues via our help desk. Responsibilities also include completing approved special projects, training documentation, and implementation tasks assigned to the team.
This particular role is best suited for a versatile individual and offers the opportunity to participate in Company operations and grow into a “Jack of All Trades.” This role requires a high performer willing to take initiative. The ideal candidate also has the ability to anticipate the needs of both our internal team and external customers and take action accordingly.
The other portion of the responsibilities are as a software tester. You will be involved in the quality control stage of our software development and deployment cycles. This role requires precise attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
